In the teaching process, several daily quiz points cannot guarantee an increase in level of student understanding because it may be caused by different factors, one which is formative assessment applied to students who are not effective. The aims this study analyse effectiveness a One-Minute Paper (OMP) as contribute meaningfully increasing scores ninth grade on their summative assessment. This action research employed quasi-experimental pre/post-test design. Subject consist fourteen were classified experimental group participated teacher-led discussion with integration one-minute paper data obtain using open-ended question.
